TL;DR

  • PropTech Connect Europe 2026 runs on 9-10 September at the InterContinental London, The O2, its fourth consecutive year on the Greenwich Peninsula, with sessions 09:00 to 17:00 and networking until 22:00.
  • The organiser calls it Europe's largest real estate tech event and publishes 6,000+ attendees, 2,500+ companies, 400+ speakers and 25,000+ booked meetings; those are PropTech Connect's own figures.
  • The published programme spans nine stages and six themes, and the announced speakers skew towards owners, investors and public bodies rather than vendors.

PropTech Connect Europe returns to London on 9-10 September 2026, held at the InterContinental London, The O2, at One Waterview Drive on the Greenwich Peninsula, for the fourth consecutive year (PropTech Connect). Sessions run from 09:00 to 17:00 on both days, with networking continuing to 22:00. The nearest station is North Greenwich on the Jubilee Line.

Who is in the room

The organiser positions the event as "Europe's largest real estate tech event". Its published figures are 6,000+ senior real estate leaders from 2,500+ companies, 400+ speakers and 25,000+ meetings booked across the two days. The audience split it publishes is 40% real estate owners, developers, occupiers and asset managers, 40% technology and service providers, and 20% VC investors. PropTech Connect published these numbers itself; treat them as its own framing, not an independent count. Who is in the room looks at what that mix means in practice.

The programme

Content is spread across nine stages. The two main stages are the Arora Stage, which the organiser frames around corporate real estate transformation and the macro forces behind capital cycles, and the Peninsula Stage, framed around bridging strategic vision and ground-level execution. Seven further stages are sector or format specific:

  • Commercial, Residential, Sustainability, Industrial and Development, each a breakout stage
  • a Case Study Stage for first-hand adoption accounts
  • an Innovation Stage for growth opportunities

The organiser groups the sessions under six themes: adapting to macro megatrends; making AI, data and technology drive performance; adoption at scale, from pilots to business results; using ESG and retrofit for income and valuations; repositioning assets for living, working and experience; and expanding into high-growth sectors. The programme decoded maps stages to themes in detail.

Among the sessions the organiser listed with a slot before the show: "Build or Buy: How to Engage Technology?" opened the Arora Stage on 9 September at 10:00, "From Data to Decisions: Powering the Modern Real Estate Firm" followed on the same stage at 14:05, the Residential Stage took build-to-rent trends for 2026 and beyond at 13:15, and "Shifting tides in real estate strategy" opened the Peninsula Stage on 10 September at 10:00. A keynote by Simon Century, CEO of the National Housing Bank, was open to all ticket holders.

The names announced so far

The recently announced speakers the organiser lists include:

The headline names are owners, investors, banks and public bodies, the buyers of technology rather than its sellers. A programme built around adoption and performance, not product launches, is exactly what from pilots to performance follows next.

RealTimes on the ground

RealTimes covers PropTech Connect Europe 2026 as Media Partner, with editorial presence on site. Coverage follows the conversations that matter to European commercial real estate professionals: capital and financing, and the technology reshaping how buildings are built, financed and run. This edition was written and published ahead of the show, which ran on 9 and 10 September 2026.

The same organiser runs a Middle East edition in partnership with the Dubai Land Department on 3-4 February 2027 at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai. That two-city structure, London and the Gulf under one event brand, is a story in its own right; the Europe & Gulf PropTech bridge takes it further.
