On April 9, 2026, Varso Tower opened its 42nd and 43rd floors, hosted by strategic & venue partner CMS Cameron McKenna, for an evening that linked Warsaw with Dubai through a live Dialogue of Skyscrapers between Varso Tower (310m) and the Burj Khalifa (828m).
Banking, development, investment, and advisory leaders gathered for three panels and a full evening of networking at the summit of European real estate.

Moderated by Alexander Morari, MRICS (RealTimes) with co-moderator Jędrzej Kolesiński (Foster + Partners, architect of Varso Tower). A live video link connected Warsaw with Dubai as Ali Al Suwaidi (MEFMA) and Dr. Abdulla Al Wahedi (Irtikaz Group) joined from the Gulf. The dialogue between two towers - Varso (310m, EU's tallest) and Burj Khalifa (828m) - brought architecture, operations, and cross-continental ambition into one conversation.

The panels ran candid and sharp, with bankers, developers, and investors trading real views on where European capital moves next.
