TL;DR
- The show is anchored by a government partner, Dubai Land Department, the land registry and market regulator whose vision IPS aligns its agenda with, not a developer.
- The front of the sponsor field is developers with hard numbers: Binghatti (Signature Sponsor) closed 2025 at AED 12.43 billion in revenue (about EUR 3 billion) and more than 17,000 units sold.
- The only Gold-tier sponsor described as a technology company, Relata, reports more than 280 projects onboarded and over USD 4 billion in inventory sold through its platform.
A sponsor roster says more about a market than a programme does. It shows who pays for visibility, who regulates the game, and where the capital sits. Below are the confirmed partners and sponsors of this year's IPS, grouped by role and tier, read for a European commercial real estate operator. We name only the companies and tiers confirmed in official IPS communications from 2026.

The sponsor roster is not a directory of logos. It is a map of who sets the terms in Dubai.
The anchor: the government partner
- Dubai Land Department is Dubai's land registry and market regulator, and IPS 2026 runs in alignment with its vision. DLD is responsible for registering and regulating property in the emirate and for driving the sector's strategy, including the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. For a European entry it is reference point number one, because it sets the rules rather than only selling floor space. This edition's interview with Majid Al Marri, Dubai Land Department sets out what that agenda covers in his own words.
The front-row developers
- Binghatti (Signature Sponsor) closed 2025 with AED 12.43 billion in revenue (nearly double the AED 6.34 billion of 2024), AED 3.58 billion net profit and more than 17,000 units sold, making it Dubai's top-selling off-plan developer by units this year. Its combined completed, ongoing and pipeline portfolio approaches AED 100 billion, a scale explored further in this edition's interview, Katralnada BinGhatti, Binghatti Holding.
- Danube Properties (Diamond Sponsor) is one of the UAE's leading private developers, recognised for ownership models built to lower the entry barrier for investors.
- Reportage (Diamond Sponsor), founded in 2014, has grown into a group present across more than 21 countries, with over 116 projects, more than 48,000 units and a portfolio value exceeding AED 60 billion (about EUR 14 billion). Andrea Nucera, Group Managing Director and co-founder of Reportage, speaks on the opening day on the leaders' panel "2026 Real Estate Global Market Directions", and the group's expansion beyond the UAE is detailed in A Gulf developer's European machine elsewhere in this edition.
- Fakhruddin Properties (Titanium Sponsor) holds the highest named sponsor tier this year, has a long-standing relationship with IPS, and is led by CEO and Managing Partner Yousuf Fakhruddin.
The Gold tier
- Relata (Gold Sponsor, PropTech) is the only sponsor at this tier described as a technology company. It digitises the buyer and sales journey, reports more than 280 projects onboarded and over USD 4 billion in inventory sold through its platform, and is expanding into Dubai.
- Union Properties (Gold Sponsor) is a developer with decades of UAE experience, a legacy that includes destinations such as Motor City and Uptown Mirdif.
- Peace Homes Development (Gold Sponsor) has more than two decades in the Dubai market, with flagship projects including Peace Lagoons, Sky Livings, Sky Vista, Sky Line and Natuzzi Harmony Residence.
The Silver tier
- Vakson Quality Homes (Silver Sponsor) adds a development and property-services profile to the field.
- Dugasta Properties (Silver Sponsor) closes the Silver tier, with an offering focused on residential development and investment.
For a European operator the read is simple. The capital, the regulator and the technology rails of sale sit in one hall for three days. It is a rare chance to meet, in one place, the side that builds, the side that finances, and the side that sets the rules.
What anchors the Dubai market is not a developer but the land registry and regulator whose vision IPS aligns with.
