Event Terms
These terms govern the sale of places at b2bv2v26 London and attendance at the event. By buying a place, or by asking for one, you accept them on behalf of yourself and of the organisation you buy for.
1. The event and the organiser
b2bv2v26 "Back to Business: Vision to Value", Edition II of the Dialogue of Skyscrapers series, takes place on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at The Skyline, Tower Suites by Blue Orchid, 100 Minories, London EC3N 1JY. The organiser and seller is RealTimes (Alexander Morari, ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, EU), contact@RealTimes.co. RealTimes sells the places directly, issues the invoices, and receives the payments. There is no third-party ticket agent. Card payments are processed for RealTimes by Stripe.
2. Buying a place, confirmation and admission
- Places are on sale. There are two ways to take one: pay by card at checkout, or ask for an invoice and settle it by bank transfer.
- A card purchase confirms your place at once. Your place exists from the moment the payment succeeds, and the receipt is your proof of purchase.
- A request for an invoice is a request for a place, not a confirmed place. It is read by a person at RealTimes, we reply within two business days, and the place exists once the organiser has confirmed it to you in writing by email. Asking for an invoice costs nothing; the obligation to pay arises when your place is confirmed and invoiced.
- The event is curated. The room is assembled by professional category and seniority and is capped at 101 places, so the organiser may decline a place at its discretion, without giving reasons. If the place has already been paid for by card, the organiser refunds that payment in full and no place is created.
- Admission on the day is at the organiser's discretion and is limited to the individual named on the confirmed place. The organiser may ask for identification at the door.
3. Prices, invoices and payment
- The prices published on the event page apply. Each price is per place and includes VAT, so the published price is the total amount payable for that place. Your invoice states the VAT treatment that applies to you.
- You can pay by card at checkout. The payment is processed by Stripe, is charged immediately, and confirms your place. Stripe emails you a receipt for it.
- If you would rather be invoiced, RealTimes issues a proforma invoice in GBP on request, settled by bank transfer.
- On the invoice route, your place is held from the moment the organiser confirms it, and is secured when cleared funds reach the organiser's account. If the invoice is not paid by its due date, the organiser may release the place and offer it to another guest. A place paid for by card is secured at once.
- Bank charges and currency conversion costs are borne by the payer. On the invoice route, the amount received must equal the invoiced amount.
- Team rates, member terms for RICS, RIBA and ULI members, and hosted places are agreed individually in writing before they apply, and are then applied at checkout or on the invoice as agreed. They are not applied automatically, and a place bought at a published price is charged at that price.
- Published prices may change for later purchases. The price stated on your receipt or on your invoice is the price that applies to you.
4. What a place includes
A place admits one named individual and includes the items published for that category on the event page. The following limits apply to those items:
- Introductions and one-to-one meetings offered with some categories are arranged on a reasonable-endeavours basis and depend on the other person agreeing to meet. Any number stated is a maximum, not a guaranteed number of meetings held.
- Passes to other RealTimes events are subject to availability, to that event taking place, and to the terms of that event. They carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
- Inclusion in the brochure, the guest list, or any listing circulated to the room depends on your place being confirmed and paid before the relevant production deadline, and on the consents you gave when you booked.
- Travel, accommodation, visas, insurance and personal expenses are not included and remain your responsibility. The organiser does not issue visa invitation letters as a condition of sale, and a refused visa does not create a right to a refund.
5. Name changes, cancellation and refunds
- A place is personal to the named individual and is not transferable, except by a name change under this section.
- You may change the named individual free of charge up to seven days before the event by writing to contact@RealTimes.co. The substitute must meet the same seniority and category criteria and is subject to the organiser's approval, on the same basis as any other guest.
- The room is capped at 101 places and venue, catering and production costs are committed in advance. Confirmed places are therefore non-refundable. If you cannot attend, send a substitute under the paragraph above.
- If you do not attend and do not send a substitute, the fee remains payable in full.
- Places are sold to organisations and to individuals acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession.
- This section does not limit your rights under section 6 where the organiser changes or cancels the event.
6. Changes and cancellation by the organiser
- The programme, speakers, session formats and timings may change. Speakers are listed as at the date of publication, and any speaker may change or withdraw. Places are sold on the event as a whole and not on the appearance of any particular speaker, so a change of speaker does not create a right to a refund.
- The organiser may change the venue to a comparable venue, and may change the date.
- If the organiser changes the date or the venue, confirmed guests are notified by email. If that change does not suit you, you may cancel within 14 days of the notice and receive a full refund of the amounts you have paid.
- If the organiser cancels the event, the amounts you have paid are refunded in full. That refund is the organiser's entire liability for a change or cancellation, and does not extend to travel, accommodation or other costs you have incurred.
- The organiser is not liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including venue closure, fire, flood, epidemic, strike, terrorism, civil emergency, failure of utilities or transport, and government restriction.
7. Attendance and conduct
- The house rules of the venue apply throughout the event, together with the local regulations that apply at the venue premises. Those are conditions of being on the premises and are separate from the governing law in section 11.
- The organiser may refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave, in case of behaviour that endangers safety, breaches the venue's rules, or disrupts the event. No refund is due in that case.
- The guest list circulated to the room is for the personal use of guests at this event. It may not be copied, published or used for bulk marketing.
- Photography and filming take place at the event for editorial and promotional use by RealTimes. If you prefer not to appear in published material, tell the crew on site or write to contact@RealTimes.co.
- Recording the stage sessions is not permitted without the organiser's written consent.
8. AI-assisted content
- Imagery, video and written copy across this site and in the event materials are AI-assisted or AI-generated. This applies to the site copy as well as to the visuals.
- The illustrations are original works produced for this event. They are not photographs of the venue, of the event, or of real people, and they are not intended to depict identifiable individuals. Any resemblance to a real person or to a real interior is unintended.
- Where a work is made in tribute to an artist or in the manner of a recognisable style, it is an original work created for RealTimes. It is not a reproduction of, and is not authorised by or affiliated with, that artist or their estate.
- Factual details, meaning the venue, the date, the prices, the programme and any named people, are verified by a person regardless of how the surrounding copy was produced. If you spot an error, write to contact@RealTimes.co and we will correct it.
9. No advice, no guaranteed outcome
- The event and the materials around it are for information and discussion. They are not investment, legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such.
- Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and guests are their own and are not the views of RealTimes.
- The organiser gives no guarantee of any business outcome, introduction, mandate, transaction or return arising from the event.
- Third-party names, trademarks, buildings and images referred to on this site are used for identification and editorial purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from their owners.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Subject to the paragraph above, the organiser's total liability arising out of or in connection with your place and your attendance is limited to the amount you have paid for that place.
- The organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, data or anticipated savings.
- The organiser is not liable for the acts or omissions of the venue, of sponsors, of speakers or of other guests, nor for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of the event are governed by Polish law, and the court competent for the seller's registered seat in Warsaw has exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
12. Data and contact
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Questions about these terms: contact@RealTimes.co.
